Ordering Information
Orders for meat may take a long time to complete. Most
orders require deposits to insure us of your intent to
purchase the product before we start finishing them.
Deposits are generally 1/2 of total order.
All animals are sold by the pound, live weight. This means
we are selling the animals to you alive. We then take the
animal, ourselves, to the butcher for you, where it will be
processed. Processing fees are not included in the listed
prices. You pay the full processing fee, and the animal is
processed under you name. You may then pick-up your
meat at the butcher.
We also offer a pick-up and delivery (within reason)
service for a fee. Your receipt will reflect all of the different
charges, sometimes more than one check may be
necessary.
If you think that a whole animal is too much for your and
your family: you may split the animal with a group of
friends, or we can match you up with another individual
that wants only a half also.
Before you order.
Prices are as listed on the individual pages.
Ordering steps will be:
1) You submit an order and cutting form by
email, following instructions on the form. Make
sure to fill out your contact information.
2) We confirm your order by email within a few
days, which will include a total price estimation,
availability dates, discuss payment methods and
pickup/delivery.
3) You reply back to us letting us know that your
order is still OK.
4) You send down payment. Your order is not
reserved until we receive the down payment.
