Angus steer, pastured grain:
1200 lbs (average) x $1.50= $1800.00
+processing  estimated $380.00
Total price = $2180.00
That’s approximately 504 lbs of delivered beef at $4.33 / lb

Angus steer, grass-fed:
1000 lbs (average) x $1.50= $1500.00
+processing estimated $326.00
Total price = $1826.00
That’s approximately 420 lbs of delivered beef at $4.35 / lb

The 1200 lb steer should give*

32 ¾” Rib Steaks
